Look forward to oven-fresh baked goods from the in-house patisserie, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, local sausages and cheeses, homemade jams, delicious coffee, and much more for breakfast. Recharge in the afternoon with sandwiches, cakes, ice cream, and light dishes. And in the evening? We will spoil you – as befits a gourmet hotel – with a 5-course menu of your choice with creations from Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine as well as various speciality buffets.

Herbs from the hotel's own garden, fresh fruit and vegetables from our own fields, bread from the local bakery, jams from Schmiedhof farm in Val Passiria/Passeiertal, fresh eggs from the mountain farm, and much more find their way into the Stroblhof kitchen. This helps us ensure that every meal is a culinary experience at the highest level. And with the right wine from our in-house wine cellar, moments of unparalleled indulgence are guaranteed.
